Project Name: No Hokie Left Behind
 

1.     Stakeholder communications requirements:  It is required that we keep our stakeholders informed of the ideas that we have in play and the things we have completed so far for No Hokie Left Behind. Our sponsor should be updated at the highest priority whenever our team makes changes in any aspect of our project. Our team should keep each other updated when completing tasks directly related to our project so that we may all have the same understanding as to what is occurring. Our project advisor should be delivered documents that pertain to the progress our project is making.

 

2.     Communications summary:

• Our sponsor will be updated via email, or meeting if necessary, when the team completes a deliverable or makes changes to the project by the project manager every one to two weeks.

• Our project advisor, Dr. Deane, will receive a hard copy & email of the progress our team is making on our project.

• Our project team will keep each other updated after completing tasks via GroupMe or during short meetings we may have every week.
